Why do you hate exercise ?
Are you struggling to get the gym ? Or out of bed to go run ? Why ? Why is so hard to want to exercise ?
In our day and age we want stuff that is easy. Things that's want get us dirty and tired. By exercising we make our bodies work hard and we have to test out limits to makes ourselves better.
To love to exercise is way better then anything. It relieves your mind from so much stress, makes your world just shut off but to only what you are doing at that moment. Do you want that ? To just forget about the things coming at you in life, all the stress, and all the strife.
You must learn to exercise to love to exercise by looking at the benefits of it. Don't think of far you have to run but better yet to how you feel when you get done. Change your mind set on exercising and you will see a difference in your exercise routine.

Are you healthy ?
Am I healthy ?
Are you healthy ? Do you exercise regularly ? Do you do anything to make your heart race ? Do maintain your weight ? Can you go up stairs without catching your breath ?
To be healthy is important. To take care of your body is important also, so many unhealthy people wish they could go back and make better habits with their lives. At what cost will you change your lifestyle ? When your are dying from diabetes ? When you are in wheel chair because your body can't use is legs anymore ? Don't let it get that severe to were you have to suffer from not making good habits. Stop it now, nip it in the butt ! Don't let the tasty goodness and laziness get the best of you ! Overcome it and make yourself happy.

When you close your eyes and picture yourself what does you look like ? Is it something from a magazine or what you think you look like ?
You can achieve anything of yourself if you push yourself hard enough. With your body you can make it look pretty much anyway you want it. If not by hard work, you pay people thousands of dollars to make you the way you want.
Becoming into the person you want to be by hard work and endurance is way better then anything you can buy ! When you learn to work for what you have you take better care I it. Your body is something you can work for, and when you have accomplished your goals you take care of it by exercising and eating right. Work hard to get what you want don't cheat yourself.

Too much and never heard of it
You can never have too much water . Before and after you workout you should drink lots of water to help keep yuh hydrated . If you don't stay hydrated you will pass out and lose consciousness. The more active you are and out in the sun the more you should drink. You can never die from drinking too much water . Majority if unite body is made up of water your brain consist of 90% your bones 22% and your blood vessels 83%. Drinking more water will speed up your metabolism. Water is beneficial for is and when we exercise we help ourselves so much more ! Exercise and drink water !

"Stretching appears to acutely decrease muscle-force production capacity," its authors write, citing decreased leg-press performance, vertical jumping height, knee-extensor concentric torque, and maximum plantar flexion torque, which "remained depressed even 60 minutes after the stretching routine."
When we stretch our muscles and make them leaner and not so bulky . You should stretch before an after you work out, you will not only become leaner but you will be less likely to pull a muscle you when you are exercising . The small things will take you by surprise when you see how they improve your workouts and daily life.

Healthy vs anorexia
People now a days gets skinny and healthy confused. Being healthy isn't starving yourself or just eating when your hungry, being healthy is exercising and eating balance meals. People try to do it the easy way and just starve themselves but that's not good for you . When you become anorexia you get so many health problems also: low blood pressure, easy risk of heart failure, changes your bones to become more dense, you become weak and so many other things. If you just exercise and watch what you eat you not only look better but you feel better and your not so weak and tired . People who are healthy and that workout have a glow about them . Working out and being healthy will help you all around in your life . You see approvements all areas of your health and things you thought you couldn't do you can do now that your healthy .

Updating from Zumba !
You see it on tv men and women doing these zumba classes and having a blast ! Is that for you tho ? Some people don't go to these classes simple because they are intimidating by the others working out with them because they aren't in shape like the others. You also have to schedule your classes that fit into your schedule which can be difficult sometimes .
When you work out on your own and learn to push yourself you want new some class to go too. You can do it anytime at your home with no one watching you and at your own pace . Learning to love the burn will help prepare you so you can challenge yourself later after you have gotten to the point where you don't quit.
Be you and don't adjust for others do what you need to perfect your health. The main thing is to make you happier and healthier to better yourself .

why should you want to exercise ?
Why should you want to exercise ?
I tell you why because did you know if you don't exercise regularly you will lose 80% of your muscle mass by the time your 65 ! It's good for your body and if we don't care of out bodies then we will lose our health which is so hard to get back. We can get a ulot of things in life but some people can't get good health because they just weren't born with it. Exercising daily doesn't mean long hours at the gym or running miles at a time . You can exercise by reaching over to pick up your pencil but instead of bending over do a squat instead, take the stairs instead of elevator, don't sit out the bottom the bleachers go to the top, it's the small things that will change your mind set of exercise. It's should be part of our lives not just something we do when we have time. When you do workout do it with everything you have and don't cheat yourself and complain later asking herself why am I not loving any weight ?! Give everything you have , push yourself to your maximum point and you reach that push some more ! When you finish you will be glad you didn't stop ! Your not weak and you tell yourself you are strong despite what you feel ! Mind over body. You should always want to learn to love the burn !
