Why do you not like to exercise ?

Why do you hate exercise ?
Are you struggling to get the gym ? Or out of bed to go run ? Why ? Why is so hard to want to exercise ?
In our day and age we want stuff that is easy. Things that's want get us dirty and tired. By exercising we make our bodies work hard and we have to test out limits to makes ourselves better.
To love to exercise is way better then anything. It relieves your mind from so much stress, makes your world just shut off but to only what you are doing at that moment. Do you want that ? To just forget about the things coming at you in life, all the stress, and all the strife.
You must learn to exercise to love to exercise by looking at the benefits of it. Don't think of far you have to run but better yet to how you feel when you get done. Change your mind set on exercising and you will see a difference in your exercise routine.
