Too much and never heard of it

You can never have too much water . Before and after you workout you should drink lots of water to help keep yuh hydrated . If you don't stay hydrated you will pass out and lose consciousness. The more active you are and out in the sun the more you should drink. You can never die from drinking too much water . Majority if unite body is made up of water your brain consist of 90% your bones 22% and your blood vessels 83%. Drinking more water will speed up your metabolism. Water is beneficial for is and when we exercise we help ourselves so much more ! Exercise and drink water !
