Why should you want to exercise ?
I tell you why because did you know if you don't exercise regularly you will lose 80% of your muscle mass by the time your 65 ! It's good for your body and if we don't care of out bodies then we will lose our health which is so hard to get back. We can get a ulot of things in life but some people can't get good health because they just weren't born with it. Exercising daily doesn't mean long hours at the gym or running miles at a time . You can exercise by reaching over to pick up your pencil but instead of bending over do a squat instead, take the stairs instead of elevator, don't sit out the bottom the bleachers go to the top, it's the small things that will change your mind set of exercise. It's should be part of our lives not just something we do when we have time. When you do workout do it with everything you have and don't cheat yourself and complain later asking herself why am I not loving any weight ?! Give everything you have , push yourself to your maximum point and you reach that push some more ! When you finish you will be glad you didn't stop ! Your not weak and you tell yourself you are strong despite what you feel ! Mind over body. You should always want to learn to love the burn !
