Healthy vs anorexia

People now a days gets skinny and healthy confused. Being healthy isn't starving yourself or just eating when your hungry, being healthy is exercising and eating balance meals. People try to do it the easy way and just starve themselves but that's not good for you . When you become anorexia you get so many health problems also: low blood pressure, easy risk of heart failure, changes your bones to become more dense, you become weak and so many other things. If you just exercise and watch what you eat you not only look better but you feel better and your not so weak and tired . People who are healthy and that workout have a glow about them . Working out and being healthy will help you all around in your life . You see approvements all areas of your health and things you thought you couldn't do you can do now that your healthy .

Updating from Zumba !

You see it on tv men and women doing these zumba classes and having a blast ! Is that for you tho ? Some people don't go to these classes simple because they are intimidating by the others working out with them because they aren't in shape like the others. You also have to schedule your classes that fit into your schedule which can be difficult sometimes .

When you work out on your own and learn to push yourself you want new some class to go too. You can do it anytime at your home with no one watching you and at your own pace . Learning to love the burn will help prepare you so you can challenge yourself later after you have gotten to the point where you don't quit.
Be you and don't adjust for others do what you need to perfect your health. The main thing is to make you happier and healthier to better yourself .

why should you want to exercise ?

                                                               Why should you want to exercise ?

 I tell you why because did you know if you don't exercise regularly you will lose 80% of your muscle mass by the time your 65 ! It's good for your body and if we don't care of out bodies then we will lose our health which is so hard to get back. We can get a ulot of things in life but some people can't get good health because they just weren't born with it. Exercising daily doesn't mean long hours at the gym or running miles at a time . You can exercise by reaching over to pick up your pencil but instead of bending over do a squat instead, take the stairs instead of elevator, don't sit out the bottom the bleachers go to the top, it's the small things that will change your mind set of exercise. It's should be part of our lives not just something we do when we have time. When you do workout do it with everything you have and don't cheat yourself and complain later asking herself why am I not loving any weight ?! Give everything you have , push yourself to your maximum point and you reach that push some more ! When you finish you will be glad you didn't stop ! Your not weak and you tell yourself you are strong despite what you feel ! Mind over body. You should always want to learn to love the burn !
